Live cross-border transactions alongside senior partners — financial modelling, market and investor research, deal materials and data rooms — with real responsibility from day one. Because every mandate is partner-led, interns learn directly from the people originating and executing the deals.

Two tracks: experienced professionals with a demonstrable track record in M&A, fund-raising, due diligence and financial modelling; and ambitious graduates and interns for early-careers roles. Across both, the firm looks for independent thinking, creativity and strong relationship skills.
