The situation. A UAE developer needed to fund construction across a multi-phase real estate scheme, requiring a project-finance structure that matched drawdowns to construction milestones and satisfied senior lenders.

What we did. Matchpoint acted as project-finance adviser, structuring and arranging a USD 326.75m facility — sizing the debt against the development cash flows, coordinating the lender group and negotiating milestone-linked drawdown and security terms.

The outcome. The development secured committed project finance aligned to its construction programme, allowing the developer to build out the scheme on funded, predictable terms.
